Here are some “inks”! Man did I struggle with Kyisha’s face in panel 2, I don’t know what it is about that angle and the eye on the opposite side of her face, that angle always gives me trouble. I ended up stylizing her eyelashes to kind of shield her eye and simplify the shape. Still not totally happy with it, and I’ll probably fuck around with it again when I revisit this page during the coloring stage, but for now I gotta move on.
I always have trouble with that too. I cast a lot of otherwise unneeded shadows to avoid drawing that other eye. lol
It does kinda look like the one eye is closed but I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. Page looks great tho.
