I really need to get started on my BOOK, and I’m curious how you all would like to see it!
So my question is would you guys like to see my regular process or a more webcomic-style? My regular process is kind of messy, it would mean posting unfinished pages as I move through each step (also meaning I’d be posting pages more than once, you’d see each page with linework, colors, letters, etc.), and I also draw pages out of order so none of them would make much sense at first.
The second approach would be I’d draw the book in order, starting with page 1 and finish each page in its entirety as I go, so you could read the book like a webcomic with daily/weekly updates. And I guess at the very end when I’m done with all the pages I can post them all in order in one go.
I guess I’m inclined to do my usual process, readability be damned, but I know that might be frustrating and confusing for you guys. What do you guys think? Let me know. :)
Im a process junkie I wanna see the mess, but also just gimmie the story!!! Im literally zero help... So I'll say this maybe do the story (pages) then show the process stuff at the end or the end of chapters or something?
Agree with most others in endorsing whatever feels most satisfying to you, but weighing in that I love seeing process pieces and I don't mind a little navigating to read the finished pieces. I'm curious whether you plan to make use of that Panels app integration, whatever that looks like. But whatever form it takes, I just feel lucky to witness.
